This 4-week therapeutic yoga series is designed to support women who want to improve pelvic floor health, reduce discomfort, and feel more confident and at ease in their bodies. Each week will build on the last, offering progressive tools to address common concerns such as urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, core weakness, pelvic organ support, and discomfort with intimacy.
Through gentle yoga, breathwork, nervous system regulation and mindful strengthening and relaxation, you’ll learn how to balance the pelvic floor- supporting both stability and ease. This series emphasizes releasing chronic tension, improving bladder and bowel control, enhancing circulation and restoring a deeper sense of trust and connection with your body. Ideal for women navigating menopause, postpartum changes, pre + post-pregnancy, chronic pelvic tension or anyone seeking a holistic, naturopathic approach to long-term pelvic wellness.
No prior yoga experience is needed- just a desire to move gently, learn practical tools, and support your body’s natural healing over time.
