Unless you are paying out of pocket, your costs will depend on your insurance coverage, so finding out your costs and fees may be dependent on you knowing your healthcare plan and coverage. Naturopathic Visits are typically covered by commercial insurance. Acupuncture visits are covered by some insurance companies, and also depends on your specific plan and which acupuncturist you see. Aesthetician services, CranioSacral therapy, Massage therapy, and infrared sauna sessions are paid out of pocket. We very strongly recommend all patients call their insurance company before their first visit to confirm they are covered. This is especially true for acupuncture visits. We advise you to call your insurance and ask the following questions:

• Ask if you have acupuncture coverage as part of your plan.
• Ask to specify how many visits you are allowed per year.
• Ask if there are any diagnosis code exclusions (meaning do they only cover acupuncture for specific conditions?)

Remember that you will be responsible for any charges your insurance company doesn’t cover, so if it is important to you, you must call them to get as many details as you can about your coverage.
