If your hips feel tight, your patience feels thin, and your body feels unfamiliar – you’re not imagining it.

Menopause and hormonal shifts bring real physiological changes that impact your joints, nervous system, pelvic floor, and emotional regulation. In this educational session, we’ll connect the dots between hip pain, hormone shifts, gut issues, sleep disruption, and that underlying sense of tension or “rage.”

This is an educational workshop with some movement and breathwork sprinkled in. Please bring a journal, pen, yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes!

We will learn, move and breathe. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your body and why the right kind of movement with the right intention can change everything.
