And no one’s connecting the dots.
This isn’t another generic stretch class.
Gabby is a licensed athletic trainer with a Master’s in biomechanics and thousands of hours blending rehab, yoga, and nervous system work to actually support you in fixing what’s going on. This 6-week series will help you release hip tension, support your pelvic floor, and regulate your nervous system through targeted yoga, myofascial release, breathwork, and somatic practices.
Each session will help you:
• Reduce hip and low back pain
• Improve pelvic floor function (no more leaking or urgency)
• Ease jaw tension and whole-body tightness
• Support digestion and reduce bloating/constipation
• Regulate mood, irritability, and overwhelm
• Feel more at home in your body again
This is where understanding becomes transformation! Participants must register for the whole series as each class builds upon the last.

Gabby will also offer this workshop on Zoom. After registration, you will receive information on how to participate on Zoom from your instructor directly. The link to the Zoom room will be included in your automated email reminders before class. Recordings of the workshop will be sent out after class for replay.
