Held in the Hips: Releasing the Emotions Your Body's Been Storing
with GABBY DELORENZE MEd, ATC, CES, E-RYT, LAT

$45
Friday October 23rd
9:30AM – 11:00 AM
Your hips aren’t just tight. They’re holding something.
Stress, grief, old patterns, the weight of everyone else’s needs lives in your fascia, your posture, your pelvic floor, and the way you move through the world. And until you address what’s stored there, no amount of stretching is going to give you lasting relief.
In this workshop you’ll learn how your fascia works and why it matters, how your posture and spinal loading directly affect your stress threshold and emotional capacity, and how the physical and emotional are more connected than you’ve ever been told.
You’ll receive guided self myofascial release techniques you can use at home, gentle movement and meditation to help your nervous system actually let go to ease physical aches and pains once and for all, and real conversation over tea in a space that welcomes your whole honest self.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of what your hips have been trying to tell you and the tools to finally start listening.
Bring: yoga mat, journal, comfortable clothes, and your tired honest self. We’ll provide: tea, community, and zero judgment.

Gabby will also offer this workshop on Zoom. After registration, you will receive information on how to participate on Zoom from your instructor directly.
