Myofascial Release is a gentle, hands-on bodywork practice designed to support the body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance. This integrative approach blends Craniofascial Therapy (CFT), Craniosacral Therapy (CST), lymphatic drainage techniques, and subtle energy work using light, intentional touch.
Rather than forcefully manipulating muscles, this work addresses the fascia – the connective tissue system that supports posture, mobility, circulation, and overall structural integrity. Restrictions in the fascial system can contribute to chronic pain, tension, headaches, joint discomfort, postural imbalances and overall emotional and physical feelings of “stuck”.
Equally important, the nervous system plays a central role in how we experience pain and healing. Myofascial Release gently guides the body out of chronic stress patterns and into a state of rest and repair. Because emotional stress, grief, trauma, and long-held tension are often stored within the body, this work supports the release of deeply held patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, fatigue, and persistent aches and pains.
Sessions are deeply calming and restorative, making them especially supportive for individuals navigating chronic stress, life transitions, inflammation, postural strain, or long-standing discomfort. Clients often report improved mobility, reduced pain, better sleep, and a greater sense of ease in both body and mind.
This work is subtle yet powerful — helping the nervous system reset so the body can function with greater balance, resilience, and vitality.
