5/24 Hormones & Equanimity
Menopause, perimenopause, PCOS, endometriosis, PMDD and more… get some relief.
Build your capacity to ride the waves of hormonal shifts with more steadiness. Learn to find calm more quickly, zoom out to a bigger picture perspective and hold it all more loosely. You’ll explore tools to expand your overall bandwidth, de-escalate in the moment, gather energy when you need it and wind down to rest.
Being together in community where you feel seen and heard in these challenges is invaluable!
6/28 What is Somatic Inquiry?
Your body communicates to your brain and you can use your body to support how you think, feel and behave. In this workshop, you will experience what this actually feels like in your body. Learn to use your body to shift how you think and move through the world with more sturdiness and flexibility.
7/26 Resilience Building
You don’t need to feel calm all the time. You need more capacity- a wider window of tolerance so you aren’t as easily bothered. Expand your capacity to be with life: the challenges, the joy and everything in between. In this workshop, you will gain the tools needed to regroup after overwhelm, return to calm more quickly and deepen your ability to let it all go.
8/23 Stress-Reduction and Meditation
Reset and release stress from your body and mind. Learn the foundations of embodied meditation and experience a guided meditation practice. In this workshop, you will receive practices to help you navigate life’s stumbling blocks. These tools help you to move forward more grounded, centered and uplifted.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal, pen, eye mask and your questions!
