While the nervous system is wired to repeat familiar patterns, this class is built to help you break out of autopilot and back into your body. Expect your heart rate to rise, your muscles to work, and your mind to quiet as you move through longer holds, breathwork practices, and mindful, strength-based flows – all while being fully supported with tools and practices to create a sense of safety within your being.
